FMB SAFAR THAALI

Mumeneen Safar na Darmiyaan Safar ni Thali (FMB Food Packets) ni Zarurat Hoi Ehna Mutaliq Important Instructions:

• PNR Validation is necessary to avail Safar thaali.
• The system will accept requests till 07:30 PM only for the next day. For Example: Requests for 26th June will only be accepted till 25th June 07:30 PM.
• Safar Thaali can only be availed for train journey time greater than 6 hours.
• Midnight requests (12:00 AM to 07:30 AM) are currently not being accepted.
• Safar Thaali cannot be availed at source and destination stations.
• Please ensure your Personal Details (Phone Number, Whatsapp Number and Email address) are upto date on ITS52 to ensure no gap in communication with you for availing safar thaali. The same can be updated by going to ITS52 -> Data Update Drive.
• Cancellation of request will be mandatory in case you are not travelling. Mumineen can cancel their requests from their dashboards by atmost 07:30 PM one day prior to their date of travel.
• Mumineen can provide their valuable feedback by navigating to the feedback section.
